PvE Class Balancing
Just baking in more Spook stuff as well as some bonus adjustments and polish. There are more changes to come as we work through them.

Quality of Life/Clarity/Other
- Adjusted colors of skill fx on all main skills
- Added a bubble bar for Hype Train
- Added a radial duration bar for [Ephemeral] (Hacking Stance buff duration)
- [Triple Slash] and [Forward Thrust] skills are highlighted (yellow) during the skill cast for clarity
[Hacking Stance]
[Side Dodge]
- Casting [Dash Combo] via [Side Dodge] allows you to chain skills from it smoother
[Awakened Passive Courageous Shout] → [Awakened Passive Ephemeral Blade]
- No longer awakens [Courageous Shout] & no longer requires [Courageous Shout] Lv 9
- Now requires [Infinity Edge] Lv. 3 & [Hacking Stance] Lv. 15
- Additionally awakens [Infinity Edge]
[Dash Combo] damage increased: 233 → 444% (Lv 11)
[Triple Slash] cooldown reduced: 6s (after CD cut) → 5.5s

[Hacking Stance] ani rework?
- No longer does the slashy slashy spam stance
- Now just does a single dmg animation then grants a buff at the end
- While the buff is active: [Eclipse] deal 50% increased damage
- [Triple Slash], [Forward Thrust], [Parry], [Feint] and [Eclipse] gain an afterimage effect, dealing additional damage equal to 5% of the base damage per attack and gain 1 additional Hype Train per hit
- [Triple Slash], [Forward Thrust], and [Eclipse] cooldowns are reset upon cast
- [Triple Slash] and [Forward Thrust] can be easily cast from [Hacking Stance] by pressing RMB or LMB respectively after the stabbing animation
- Duration: 15s
- Damage: 32231%
[Infinity Edge]
- Invulnerable only for the first 1.15s (remaining slashes no longer iframed)
- Animation changes in certain parts of the slash combo
- Has additional phantom slashes
- Total actions: 13 → 11
- Damage: 38912%
[Line Drive]
- Cooldown: 13.5s *(after CD cut) → 18s
[Class Mastery]
- No longer cuts CDs in half after hitting 20 Hype Train
- Bubble limit increased: 20 → 35
- Bubble generation internal CD decreased: 0.3s → 0.225s
- [Coup de Grace] and [Hyper Drive] now deal more damage at 25/35 **HypeTrain +**25%/+50% to the base coefficient (ie: 150% → 175/200%)
- [Infinity Edge] grants additional 1 Hype Train per hit
[Class Mastery II]
- When [Triple Slash] or [Forward Thrust] hits, the cooldown of [Infinity Edge] is reduced by 0.5s
- Enhance timer increased: 1.8s → 2.8s
- No longer increases damage of [Dash Combo] by 1000%
- PATK increased: 15% → 25% (Cause Courageous Shout lost 10%)
[Class Mastery III]
- [Heavy Slash] chain into [Coup de Grace CM3] pushed to later part of the skill
- [Destructive Swing] no longer is enhanced and no longer works with [CM3]
- Adjusted [Coup de Grace CM3] cast timing/speed to be smoother/faster
- You can now hold the [Coup de Grace] skill button after [Heavy Slash] to smoothly perform [Coup de Grace CM3]
[Awakened Passive Courageous Shout] → [Awakened Passive Gladiator’s Finesse]
- After casting Coup de Grace/Hyper Drive (incl. CM3) the cooldown of [Line Drive] is reduced by 50% (same as old CM1 effect)
- [Courageous Shout] no longer grants 10 Hype Train on-hit
- Buff dura perma now (900s)
- No longer awakens [Courageous Shout] (no longer requires [Courageous Shout] Lv 9)
- Now requires [Infinity Edge] Lv. 3 & [Hacking Stance] Lv. 15
[Awakened Passive Parry]
- LMB no longer makes you iframes you
- LMB does more damage than successfully parrying (25% more damage per hit)
- Note: you can still parry/iframe with the ability if you don’t LMB
[Side Dodge]
- Now iframes you on startup
- Now lets you use [Dash Combo] after dashing by pressing LMB
- Casting [Dash Combo] through this way allows you to chain to other skills after smoother
[Coup de Grace CM3]
- Animation rework
- Doesn’t jump you anymore
- Creates huge slash that splits the ground
[Hyper Drive]
- Animation rework

- Added a chain cast from [Kick Shot EX] sending you backwards to let you RMB to chain into [Somersault Dance EX] smoothly
- Added a chain cast from [Kick Shot EX] sending you backwards to let you LMB (or press the skill button) to chain into [Marionette EX] smoothly (TY Koshiro for this one)
- Added ability to use [Butterfly Effect] during [Nature's Rage Instant]
[Kick Shot]
- LMB/final part changed to the BMJ ver (so dash into the multi spam kick rather than shooting)
- Damage decreased: 7740% → 7177%
- Casting [Somersault Dance] during the kickback of [Kick Shot EX] makes the next cast deal an additional 100% coefficient damage
[Class Mastery II] skill enhance window increased: 1.8s → 4s
[Somersault Dance]
- DMG coefficient increased: 150% → 195%
[Current Skills] Instant/Current skills have cooldowns

- Ulti rework to actually be usable more with a shorter ani/better hitbox(fever skill ani)
- It’s not an iframe, just high super armor

Destroyer
- [Provoke] and [Punishing Swing EX] now afflicts targets with [Agitated] for 15 seconds, [Agitated] will be applied even if the target is immune to [Provoke], [Provoke] duration increased to 15 seconds from 10 seconds
- [Provoke] added passive 10% additional damage on targets afflicted with [Agitated]
- Damage rebalanced to adjust for the new passive
Guardian
- [Provoke], [Shield Blow CM3], and [Divine Vengeance CM3] now afflicts targets with [Agitated] for 15 seconds, [Agitated] will be applied even if the target is immune to [Provoke], [Provoke] duration increased to 15 seconds from 10 seconds
- [Provoke] added passive 10% additional damage on targets afflicted with [Agitated]
- Damage rebalanced to adjust for the new passive
Defensio
- [Provoke] and [Taunting Blow EX] now afflicts targets with [Agitated] for 15 seconds, [Agitated] will be applied even if the target is immune to [Provoke], [Provoke] duration increased to 15 seconds from 10 seconds
- [Taunting Blow EX Instant] will now additionally apply [Provoke] and [Agitated]
- Defensio's [Provoke] added passive 10% additional damage on targets afflicted with [Agitated]
- Damage rebalanced to adjust for the new passive
Cosmetics
- Added hairstyles from official to the cash shop
Misc
- Terra Accessories are now sellable for 5c
- Quickswapping characters while in a party will automatically rejoin you to the party after you finish loading (note, if the party is in field, the party must be set to allow players to join while in field) (note note, if the party leader changes the party password while you switch, you will fail to rejoin)
- You can now adjust the size of damage numbers
- Disabled skill leveling while in field (prevents several... weird bugs)
- Windows toast notifications added for friends logging in/out (as usual, you can configure these in settings) You can now like friends and guildmates that log in via the toast notification
- Forest Dragon Nest Aux's vines no longer display their aggro on the DPS meter
- Rune Dragon Nest Corrupt Greed Rune (dragon stage 1) now displays as a boss HP bar (so you can see debuffs etc)
- Reimplemented input confusion to fix it randomly breaking under certain circumstances (aka you expect to be confused but the game decides you aren't confused so you end up going the wrong way...)
- Movement input is properly ignored when pressing ALT-D or ALT-S
- Prefixed certain NPC names with their job (e.g. Blacksmith Belin, Guild Manager Gunther, Event Manager Mei)
- Premium storage tab disabled since we don't use it
- Right clicking the Beginner's Scroll now opens the guide
- Equipped items now show the controls help
- Rune Amplifier tooltips updated to help new players (again); equipped rune amplifiers now show both tooltips (of the base item and of the rune amplifier)
- Item tooltips now display whether or not they can be server storaged regardless if you're in the storage menu
- Server/QC Server storage is now labeled as being account-wide shared storage
- Several beginner item tooltips updated (probably won't be read)
- The Create Party button now blinks to get the attention of people that don't realize it exists
Bugfixes
General
- Fixed an issue where the friend login/logout/swap message would say "<nickname> has logged in to <nickname>" (instead of <charactername>) if you have the show account nickname setting enabled
PvE
- Fixed an issue with Destroyer's [Punishing Swing EX] where the non crash mode version would not actually provide [Provoke]
- Fixed an issue with Paladin's [Divine Vengeance] where if Crusaders took [Divine Vengeance] the base version would actually apply [Provoke] on hit
- Fixed an issue with Guardian's [Divine Ascension EX Instant] where the damage plate was not properly applying (No change in damage if you were already wearing the damage plate)
- Fixed a bug where pressing other skills at a very speficic timing during [Whirlgig] would cause the next skill to ghost for a small period of time
Patch v864
We didnt' have proper patch notes for v864 so here they are:
- RDNNM no longer drops RDN event tokens, clear achievement no longe rgrants event tokens, gold dropped increased from 30k -> 45k
- BDNTA and DDNTA will continue to both drop drops until we finalize adjustments (see the discussion thread on Discord)
- Spook Tokens no longer drop
- Weekly DNP tasks have been changed: IDNVC 5k (1 clear/wk needed) RDNVC 5k (1 clear/wk needed) FDN 3k (2 clears/wk needed) BDN 3k (2 clears/wk needed) DDN 3k (2 clears/wk needed) RuDN 1k (1 clear/wk needed) Total available free DNP/wk has increased from 15k -> 20k, but you will need to clear certain raids twice in order to get the DNP for that raid
PvE Class Changes
These were mostly from Spook that we thought were good to go in
Blade Dancer
- [Grazing Rush] added LMB input to skip the dash forward and start attacking on the spot
- [Squall Spin] increased hitbox
Dark Avenger
- Uses the Dark Lord transform appearance
Lunar Knight
- [Smash X] is now castable at the end of [Moon Blade Dance] and [Thousand Moon Waltz] by holding right click
- [Thousand Moon Waltz' now consumes 45 Lunaris per 'cast' as opposed to 90 up front
- Smoother skill linking
- [Parry] counter attack projectile can now multihit depending on enemy size
- [Moon Blade Dance] cooldown increased: 10s --> 11.5s
Barbarian
- Smoother skill linking
